Bought my second car from Cogans! The first was after they gave me a courtesy car (which I then purchased) post the douglas car park fire a few years ago. The second (today) was a beautiful Rav 4 with low mileage and in mint condition. I can't praise enough the customer service I received from Jill in particular. She made the whole process so easy. Fantastic service from Cogans. I last minute cancelled my initial service appointment and they were very understanding. I got a full video of my cars service/condition status and parts that required replacement showing me the parts that were worn. I got a lovely brand new courtesy car. The staff were great and the cost was reasonable. I cannot recommend enough.

Jill took care of all the finance side and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were both so friendly and genuinely kind, and they even loved meeting our dog, Ollie.
