I’d like to share my experience with CT Cars and especially with Beau, who truly went above and beyond to help me. After my previous car was stolen in mid-November, I began the long process of settling an insurance claim. Around late December, I contacted CT Cars about a Honda Fit Hybrid that caught my eye. Beau kindly offered to pick me and my family up from the train station so we could see the car in person. He was incredibly courteous and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. I loved the car right away, but because I needed to wait for my insurance claim to be finalized, I couldn’t complete the purchase immediately. Beau was extremely patient and understanding — he held the car for nearly a month, waiting until my claim was closed. Once everything was ready, he helped me with all the paperwork, including the motor tax, and made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. The car itself is a perfect upgrade from my previous model, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Everything about my experience with CT Cars was professional, friendly, and honest. I recommend Beau and CT Cars to anyone looking for a reliable car and outstanding customer service.
