He was genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and never put us under any pressure. He made the whole experience enjoyable and is a real credit to Bolands. What really stood out to us was how welcoming everyone was. Every member of staff we passed acknowledged us with a smile or a hello, making both myself and my wife feel genuinely valued. As Ollie wasn't working on the day I collected the car, I dealt with Lachlan, and again I found him to be very courteous and professional. Everything was ready on my arrival and the whole collection process was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I have never dealt with this company before (bought a car or got a car serviced off them), but I had to bring my car to a Peugeot dealership to fix a part. From start to finish ( before, during and after) the service was great. The women I dealt with were kind, courteous and helpful and made me feel at ease. The mechanics were quicker than expected and even power washed my car. It is probably the best customer experience I've ever had with a car dealership.
