Having used Merlin car auction in both selling and buying a car I have to say it’s been a pleasure. Very easy to deal with and informative. In relation to selling a car they collected it from my house free of charge and was paid instantly after the car sold on the auction. As a buyer the process was very pleasant . I browsed the online catalogue and had my eyes on a particular car. I used the online bidding system from the comfort of my own home and was successful in the bid for my preferred vehicle . Collected the car the same day and the member of staff at the counter was very friendly and had all the paperwork done within minutes . I collected the car from the yard down the road and couldn’t be happier with the car. It was exactly as described and in great condition . If you are looking for a good deal from a transparent company shop here. Special shout out to Patrick O Reilly and Ann Marie , a credit to the company . I will be back .

I’m giving five stars because of the girl I dealt with who works there. going over I had no idea how it worked AnneMarie who was there to assist me and explain a few things to me helped me a lot and now I know how it works and il more than likely buy a car through Merlin because of her. Very professional they are lucky to have her as an employee excellent and friendly service.
