My mam and I could not have had a better experience at Audi North Dublin and it was all down to the sales man Daniel. My mam decided to go with Audi for a new car this year having never gone with them before, and she was completely taken back by the service they provided to her. Daniel was always on the ball with answering any questions we had and kept us in the loop 100% of the time. He is an out and out gentleman and we will definitely be returning to Audi North Dublin in the future due to his impeccable professionalism with us. He made my mam feel extremely special picking up her new car today and I think that says it all about him and the company. He is a pleasure to you all at Audi. Thanks again for absolutely everything guys!

Dropped the car in for a major service today. Very professional team and service. Easy to deal with from the start. Car was shining inside and out upon arrival to pick up. Happy customer. Highly recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought my 2013 A3 in for a major service. The experience was overall very poor and not what I would have expected given the service cost and that this is a main Audi dealer. Dropped the car off at 9:30am as per appointment and was called about 4pm that afternoon with the details of the health check report and told it would be ready for collection between 5 and 5:30. I receive a call at 5pm (as I'm already on the way to pick up the car) to ask if they can hang onto the car until the next day as they hadn't completed the service. After saying I needed the car, was on my way to collect, and why I am only hearing about it now, I got a call a few minutes later to say they had an issue removing a spark plug and would need to order a part and I wouldn't have the car for 2 days. “It’s just something that happens with older cars sometimes..”. They also had no courtesy cars to offer and their “Will ya be alright without a car, yeah?” comment on the call received a less than polite response in my frustration. I received no follow up the next day so I called about 11:30 the following morning to get an update. I was told the car was actually being worked on (I guess they found a part), would be ready at 4pm and I asked for a confirmation call when it was ready. I didn’t want to make the trip there only for it not to be ready again. I also asked what had happened and was told “this was just something that happened with older cars sometimes..”. I said it sounded like nobody looked at the car until the afternoon, implying they rushed the job. I was flatly told no, this was not the case and they had started on it that morning though maybe not until 11ish. I received a call a little later to say the car would actually be ready at 2pm. Again, I asked for a call to confirm when it’s ready for collection. I received no call and when I called back about 4pm was flatly told I hadn’t asked for a call back. Went to pick up the car, had someone brought out to tell me the issue was the rubber casing on the spark plug was cracked when removing. “It happens with older cars sometimes..”. Cool. I paid the service bill and left as frankly I was done with this place. When I got home, I noticed two things. Firstly, my dashcam had been left unplugged and was no longer recording. When I went to check the footage later, I could clearly see nobody started work on the car until at least 3pm. Secondly, I was told the major service included complimentary new car mats as part of a seasonal promotion but there were no new mats in the car and no mention of this except on the billing to say I got them. I recommend avoiding this business based on my experience. edit 4 weeks later: Nobody has been in contact, contrary to comment below
