The sales experience was smooth and I was very happy with it. I’ve been back twice now for service, and let me tell you friends of the internet, you get OUTSTANDING service from Denis Mahoney Toyota. I’ve never seen such a cheerful bunch of lads running a shop. They chat, they joke, they seem truly satisfied to be at work. If you are sat waiting for something, every employee that passes checks on you. Not in your face, just a pleasant “you ok?”. On the actual service, they do the job right. The car looks great. The car runs great. It is all done when they say it will be. On my most recent visit, by accident I arrived - no kidding - a full 45 minutes before they opened. The first employee who arrived HELPED ME ANYWAY. Can you imagine, first to walk in to work and some early customer is just hanging around and you help him with barely the lights turned on. These guys are SERIOUS about customer service.

Collected my new Yaris Cross Hybrid this morning. Jake had everything ready. Got into my car and had a little test drive after all features explained. Jake connected my phone, set my radio to my favourite stations. Put in home address on Sat Nav. Explained all features on the dash board. Imagine three year servicing. Three years break down assist. He told me to contact him if I needed more assistance. Imagine a new car at 75!!! I have the car that fits my needs now. And the back up. Thank you Jake and Denis Mahony Kilbarrack
