I dealt with Gary a few years back when the guys serviced my old Audi S5 and it was a pleasure to deal with Smith Auto Developments back then. Recently I had my eye on the market for a specific new car and when Gary got one into stock I jumped at it because I knew I would be well looked after. Gary and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Very receptive and accommodating. Dropped over to the garage, had a bit of a chat and took the car for a drive - got back and made the deal there an then - very happy with my trade-in price and delighted with the new purchase. I recently purchased a lovely BMW i3 from Gary. Throughout the process Gary was an absolute gent to deal with, the car was ready on the day arranged and all paperwork sorted out very quickly. Gary, shared my enthusiasm for the BMW i3, and is a proper car person - i.e. appreciates technology and innovation as well as the aesthetic in a car - that's important stuff!
