My mam and I could not have had a better experience at Audi North Dublin and it was all down to the sales man Daniel. My mam decided to go with Audi for a new car this year having never gone with them before, and she was completely taken back by the service they provided to her. Daniel was always on the ball with answering any questions we had and kept us in the loop 100% of the time. He is an out and out gentleman and we will definitely be returning to Audi North Dublin in the future due to his impeccable professionalism with us. He made my mam feel extremely special picking up her new car today and I think that says it all about him and the company. He is a pleasure to you all at Audi. Thanks again for absolutely everything guys!

Sadly, my Audi Q3 has failed me not once, but twice, in a short time. This experience has shattered my trust in the brand. If I could go back, I wouldn't choose Audi again. Dealing with these breakdowns has been stressful, inconvenient, and expensive. I no longer see Audi as a reliable choice. I caution those considering an Audi purchase to think carefully, as my experience highlights the brand's lackluster reliability and customer satisfaction.
