The process after that involved a bit of back and forth on my end. I kept changing the days I could come to collect, and Noel never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Patient throughout. I even asked him to come in early on the collection day, which wasn’t exactly a reasonable ask, and he made it happen without any fuss.
