I had a fantastic experience buying a car here, specifically working with Ross. From the start, his communication was prompt and professional. What I appreciated most was his honesty; I never felt pressured to close the deal or rushed into a decision. A specific highlight was the attention to detail regarding the car's condition. While Ross mentioned the tires still had life in them, he sensed my hesitation and offered to replace them at a very fair price for my peace of mind. On top of that, they even replaced the brake pads before delivery to ensure the car was in top shape. It is rare to find this level of integrity in car sales. I highly recommend asking for Ross if you want a stress-free, transparent buying process!
