Michelle was the very epitome of calm and kindness who took control of my crisis and had my car repaired at Audi Limerick. Everyone I met at Audi Limerick was so welcoming, helpful and professional. Have to say a huge thank you to Ellie for her professionalism and help when changing my car. I was swapping from diesel to electric and was really unsure if it was the right move for me, Ellie talked me through all aspects of the change over and made it a very easy decision in the end for me.
