Firstly, my car was due in for a recall, which was quite inconvenient; however, Conlans BMW Limerick were more than helpful and made the entire process efficient and effortless. Check-in was extremely straightforward, with a helpful receptionist available at the desk at all times. Tony in the workshop provided a detailed vehicle health check, which was insightful, high quality, and put my mind at ease. When I checked my car in, the service department also called to confirm whether I needed the car returned urgently, which was very obliging and considerate. Overall, the process was efficient and reliable. I would also like to credit the entire team for creating such a warm and positive atmosphere. Prior to this experience, I had not used Conlans BMW; however, it is safe to say I will certainly be considering them again in the near future.
