I would just like to say I had a great experience at Conlans bmw today , it was my first interaction with ye and it was wonderful. Great job on the diagnostic I was worried it was something big but thankfully you guys figured out what was going on. I am also highly appreciative of the temporary fix you guys did the noise is gone for now and my family and I are so relieved also Jesse told me that you guys were able to fix the part that was hitting the hot plate , many thanks for that and Many thanks to Jesse too for explaining everything to me and staying patient throughout my questioning Have a good day all! Brought my E60 520d for a service for the first time at Conlan Motors and I could not have been more impressed. I dealt with Alison, a service advisor and I don't think I've ever had better customer service in a garage. Not only was she extremely welcoming and helpful, but she also managed to take a huge chunk off my original quote for the service. I'll be going nowhere else for a service in the future
