Audi e-tron 50 quattro Advance

I recently bought a car from Audi and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional & stress-free. A special thanks to Joseph Hanney, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I don't normally leave reviews but I think the service I received deserves a recommendation. Over the last 10 years or so I have always gotten really good service from them and now travel to them even after I moved house as the service is far superior to the experience when I tried my new local Audi location. Recently I had a problem with my car and it was dealt with excellently by the everyone I dealt with, but particularly Lydia. I highly recommend them.

The receptionist behind the front desk was fantastic today, 6th May 2026. I explained id been involved in an accident earlier, where a truck crashed into the side of my Audi. She couldn't have been nicer or done more for me, coffee etc. It's people like her that bring up the profile of the Audi experience... human face to face profecional & personable contact, putting your faith back in humanity. She's a keeper!!
