Collected my new car from Kyle on the 26th July From start to finish he took the time to understand what I needed, reduction in monthly payments was key and I told him where I needed to be and he exceeded what I expected. As somebody who works in the trade and has dealt with a number of garages over the years this was a stress-free transaction As advised by Kyle the space in the car is more than sufficient for a car seat and pram something I was worried about coming from a larger vehicle. McCoy were night and day compared to the previous dealer I bought a car from, no messing around when arranging a test drive or being left in the dark waiting for phonecalls back. I got a very good price for my trade-in and the process was very quick and easy, there was no messing about with the test drive and any queries I had with spec change or build dates were promptly followed up on and never forgotten about. If the person I was dealing with was off someone else would get back to me. Aideen was great with providing regular updates from when the car was at the port in Germany all the way to being ready for collection. Dealing with finance was a breeze, they sent grant paperwork ahead of delivery so everything was sorted beforehand and even when the finance system was down on the day of collection they called me to let me know so I could provide my details over the phone to collect without much delay. I test drove a car several years ago and even though I decided to keep my car at the time I was happy with the staff I dealt with and I'm glad I could finally do business with McCoy, I will definitely consider them for any future car purchase and recommend them to family and friends.

McCoys step up their game once again. I dont write reviews very often, but have to say, here it is well deserved. This is my second purchase from them, trading in my Ateca for Formentor, and I could not be happier with service provided by Kyle. Communication was excellent. Kyle was always accessible, very open and honest, with great knowledge and customer approach of going that extra mile. After first visit of being unsure, if I wanted to trade in my two year old car for the brand new one, I was leaving trying to decide what spec to go for on my new car. I also got really good trade in value for my old car, with Kyle's input the best price by far, compared to 3 other well know Cupra dealerships. He also threw in some extras (additional charging cable for purchase price). Sales man of the future, really customer focused :) Helping me with the finance Margaret was amazing as always. Second time dealing with her everything as expected with customer service held to very high standards. Finance details, service plan and trade in agreement well explained, no rushing despite them being quite busy at the time, very pleasant and professional. Overall experience: You can buy a Cupra/Seat is many places in Dublin, but if you want to make sure that you are treated well and getting the best price in the process, this is definitely a place to visit.
