Absolutely amazed by how BMW Assistance and Conlans handled the recall on my car and all the support provided — from collecting the car to sending me video updates and a full assessment of the vehicle’s overall condition. On top of that, the car was returned washed and spotless. Not to mention the bag of branded gifts. Absolutely outstanding service and brand experience. I’m truly delighted. And, of course, the recall issue seems to be fully resolved. Now more than ever, I’m a proud BMW owner.

My car was booked in for a BMW recall. This was done on the date agreed. The whole process was carried out smoothly and professionally. Also included, and without charge, was a visual check and printed report of the condition of the tyres and brakes. The oil level was topped up...and the car was washed and vacuumed..
