Exceptional customer service from Richard at Audi Limerick .. ensured I had all the facts when looking to upgrade, and was really great to deal with .. very knowledgeable and easy going.. he made sure I had a test drive of the car, answered every query and made sure I was fully set up before driving away. Great service all round from Audi Limerick and recommend asking for Richard in particular.

Michelle was the very epitome of calm and kindness who took control of my crisis and had my car repaired at Audi Limerick. Everyone I met at Audi Limerick was so welcoming, helpful and professional.
