I have been a long standing customer of Audi Sligo. Beginning in 2011 and buying a total of 10 Cars over the years. The first person I met when I entered the showroom in 2011 was Richard and still to this day I am met with the same warm welcome and response, this goes for every member of the team from the top down. My most recent purchase of a new Audi Q4 e-tron sport 45 just last week was as special of an occasion as the first purchase on new car day back in 2011 thanks to Richard and the team who help prepare the car for handover. Whether you're buying new, or used, as I did, you'll be treated so well in Audi Sligo. For many years I drove an A3 that I hadn't bought there, but I got all its servicing done with them. Áine, their expert service advisor, has always clearly explained what was happening every step of the way and made it easy to get sorted each service time. They kept me on the road with efficiency and care the same as if I had bought it there. Two Audis later, still their customer and they found me another car I just love. They do everything they can to make sure you're happy with your decision and to help you understand your new car's many features. When buying from them, it's never, "here are the keys, now off you go". They mean it when they tell you to contact them if you have any more questions as you get used to your car. All mine were answered in detail by Brendan with patience, even when explaining things I was shown several times already.
