However, I recently had reason to contact them again regarding an issue with my 2021 Audi A5 — and I can confidently say my faith in the dealership has been completely restored thanks to the exceptional service I received from Jonathon Mooney, the After Sales Manager. After explaining that my car was showing signs of a recurring issue, Jonathon responded to my email immediately and arranged for me to drop the vehicle in the very next morning. Given my past experience, I was hesitant at first, but Jonathon’s professionalism and communication quickly reassured me. He kept me updated throughout the process, ensured the issue was resolved efficiently, and even covered the repair at no charge. A week later, when a second, unrelated issue was identified, Jonathon again handled everything with care and transparency. He explained the problem clearly, provided a full cost breakdown, and had the car ready the same day. My A5 is now running perfectly, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received. It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and Jonathon’s efforts have truly turned my opinion around. Because of his outstanding support, I’ll be removing my previous negative review and will confidently continue to do business with Audi Plus Kilkenny in the future. Johnny is fantastic to deal with - professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole process seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to help with any questions we may have had. This isn’t the first time we bought from Audi Kilkenny and we keep returning because the level of service is consistently excellent. Excellent 5* service from Kilkenny Audi and Joe. I have been lucky to own several S and RS models between California, Arizona, Dublin and now Kilkenny. This was the best experience of them all. Kilkenny team gave me more schwag (a nice Audi jacket and RS keyring) and took the time to load and configure everything including the App. Don't buy an Audi in Dublin. Take the short and fun drive to KK.
