Exceptional customer service from Richard at Audi Limerick .. ensured I had all the facts when looking to upgrade, and was really great to deal with .. very knowledgeable and easy going.. he made sure I had a test drive of the car, answered every query and made sure I was fully set up before driving away. Today I met an angel named Michelle who saved me from catastrophe on a wet and dreary Monday evening. Michelle was the very epitome of calm and kindness who took control of my crisis and had my car repaired at Audi Limerick. Everyone I met at Audi Limerick was so welcoming, helpful and professional.
