Had car serviced last week. Service team were so professional, did a great job, no waiting, just drop and pick up, they even provided a car as I was under a bit of pressure to get a few jobs done about town same day… the service alone would bring you back.. and the new coffee machine ;-)

I bought a 191 second hand A6 and was convinced with by the salesperson that the warranty they sold for 1 year would cover anything as they would stand over any car they sold. However at my first service 2 leaks were discovered, one at the gear box and the other at the crank shaft. The latter means an engine out repair. Despite hearing this is a known fault with the majority of this models A6 I was informed this was not covered by the all faults warranty..... And I would have to pay 500 euro towards the repair. Obviously this was very disappointing, so if you like the brand and are are happy to buy the car go for it, but when they promise you an all signing and dancing warranty do not believe a word they tell you
