Loved the service but was gutted in the vehicle we went to view, and the test drive was sold, and we only found out when we sat in our appointment. Can't blame the salesman because he didn't know beforehand.

For anyone booking a service here...I am sitting In Audi North after arriving at 7.20am this morning to ensure I was first here to get my car serviced early. I was told it should be ready before 1pm which I felt was already a lengthy time for a service and its now 3.30pm and I still haven't got my car back. I haven't asked for any extra work to be done to the car just the service as per the 3 year service agreement I unfortunately signed up to .. People that were here after me and have had extra work done to their car have since had their cars back and are left.. The onky plus side is that the staff are extremely polite other than that it would be 1 star review .. wasted a day off work never again
