Got a new Q3 and had a very good experience. Brian was on the balls from my first call, very helpful during my first visit (coming down from Dublin) up to the final handing over of the keys. One month later and I am still very happy. The car is great and looking back, I can say I enjoyed the entire story. Any time again. Thanks!

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this Wexford AUDI dealership. I arranged the purchase of a car on Monday and was promised delivery by Friday morning at the latest. Delivery was confirmed on Thursday. However, the dealership failed to deliver the car and instead contacted me on Friday morning hours before expected delivery to inform me that the car would not be delivered as promised. This has left me in a very difficult situation, as my insurance had been changed over the bank holiday weekend, leaving me stranded without ANY transportation until Tuesday. As a result, I had to cancel a long-planned holiday with my family, which caused immense stress and frustration. The dealership's failure to fulfill its commitment is unacceptable and has resulted in an immense amount of inconvenience, disappointment,stress and financial loss. The level of incompetence demonstrated by this dealership is beyond comprehension and reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service. In addition, the dealership's lack of communication and failure to take responsibility for their mistake is deeply concerning. They have shown a blatant disregard for their customers' time and money, which is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to avoid this dealership at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, customer service, and integrity makes them unworthy of any business. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. Not recommended.
