Audi Q5 2.0TDI 204BHP quattro S-Line S-Tronic - AV

For a garage, this was well set up. Tea / Coffee, biscuits, wifi, seating, tables, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Not much else around it but was a pleasent couple of hours.

I had occasion to visit the service department of Audi Athlone today ,the experience was very positive, the staff, all of them were friendly, engaging, helpful and empathetic. I came away thinking that is one happy camp . Dermot F.

Highly recommend avoiding this place I had my car in for a service, I asked them to check everything on the car, they didnt. 2 days after getting all their recommended repairs, they didn't fix alot of issues with the car, apparently couldn't find a buckled wheel eaither. I called to ask about the car and the girl on the phone could only tell me she couldn't help me and that everyone else was busy. I've been wait for the service manager to call me back for 2 weeks now. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
