Exceptional customer service from Richard at Audi Limerick .. ensured I had all the facts when looking to upgrade, and was really great to deal with .. very knowledgeable and easy going.. he made sure I had a test drive of the car, answered every query and made sure I was fully set up before driving away. Today I met an angel named Michelle who saved me from catastrophe on a wet and dreary Monday evening.
