From the moment my wife and I walked into the Audi dealership, it was an absolute experience. Pepe, the main man, was extremely helpful, friendly, and had communication skills like no other, he made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Dillon, who took us on the test drive, brought great humor and a genuine personality that made us feel comfortable and excited. Although we purchased our vehicle from the South Audi dealership, I recently visited this branch for an unscheduled oil top-up. From the outset, the staff were courteous, attentive, and efficient, demonstrating a clear commitment to customer care and attention to detail. The service was completed promptly, and the overall experience was notably more positive than those we have had at our home branch.

I have always had a pleasant experience with staff when bringing in my car for service since 2021. However, recently when I went in to discuss the purchase of an EV after correspondence via email, the business manager was aggressive and rude to both me and my parents. The sales executive was fantastic but I will no longer be engaging with this dealership.
