Audi Q7 2006 CVRT 11/26

Audi Q7 2006 3.0 TDI Auto – Coil Springs CVRT (11/26) – Ideal Project /Workhorse Selling a 2006 Audi Q7 3.0L Diesel Automatic. This model comes with the highly reliable factory coil spring suspension, completely avoiding the expensive issues associated with air suspension. The car runs and drives well for its age. Good for a mechanic, donor car farmer, heavy towing, a camper conversion, or an overland off-road project. Engine: 3.0 TDI V6. The previous owner was a professional mechanic and swapped the original engine with a 2008 model engine. It drives great, though there is no paperwork for the swap as he carried out the work himself. Gearbox work ok. Body bit rough but ,was respray previously. Suspension: Standard coil springs (highly sought after for reliability). CVRT: Tested until November 2026 (11/26). Tax: Expired at the end of July. Currently registered as a private car but can be easily changed back to commercial tax rates. Points to Note: Check Engine Light: Currently on due to the common intake manifold swirl flap issue. There are two flaps on this V6 engine; it is a very cheap and easy fix using simple aftermarket bracket repair kits without replacing the manifold. Morning Starts: Can occasionally struggle slightly to start first thing on cold mornings (likely just needs new glow plugs). Once started, it runs and drives perfectly for the rest of the day.
