Recently purchased A5 . Message about Emergency call function fault appeared on the dash. I called service Department and was informed by a lady I could not get it looked at until April. It was not a mechanical fault so no need to bring it in. I contacted Customer care at Joe Duffy and received a E mail from the Service manager offering me an appointment in early March if that suited. I Emailed him back but didn't receive a reply. My first impressions of the after sales service is extremely poor.
