He made the process of buying my car as smooth as possible, and was sincerely respectful to my father which matters a lot to me. After I bought the car he helped drive it to my residence, and organised for the spare key to be created at said residence while I was at work. Any follow up queries I have are answered always efficiently and he's also an easy guy to have a normal conversation with, which is much appreciated.
