I did go to other dealers and did return. I actually took a look around was in the workshop and saw their mechanics at work. Which helped seal the deal. Not only was I guided through a smooth buying process by Ivan but they also stood behind the vehicle with a warranty. When I noticed my car was consuming oil -something other mechanics said was a known issue with this model just keep topping it up. Alan sprang into action. He took my car back in, provided a replacement, and went the extra mile to essentially rebuild the engine. What truly impressed me was the transparency throughout the process - I received step-by-step videos and photos of the work being done, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Kudos to Alan and Ivan for standing by their cars and their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that puts honesty and service first, look no further. I bought a Volkswagen golf from Long Mile Motors in October. It's a 142 but is in perfect condition and I feel I got it at a very good price. Buying was quick and easy and Ivan had all the answers to my questions. It's been three months now and the car is still running as well as the day I bought it. Glad to have a warranty included for a year as well in case!
