BMW 1-Series 1SMA 4DR AUTO

Fantastic experience with Pete at Direct Motors! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of buying my new car smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service gave me complete confidence in my purchase. I'm delighted with my new car and would highly recommend Pete to anyone looking for excellent customer service. If you are looking to buy a car I would definitely let him know what you need and even if he doesn't have it in stock he might be getting something in! Thanks again!

I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! Pete was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question, he got back to me within minutes. His communication and responsiveness are unmatched. He went above and beyond, making sure I didn’t even leave the forecourt until my Android Auto was set up and working perfectly. That level of care is rare these days—real salt of the earth old school customer service. They even went so far as to post me out a second key after the sale! Outstanding service from a brilliant team. Thank you, Pete!

Pete is a gentleman. Bought a 2017 VW Tiguan from Direct Motors today and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Pete is an absolute gentleman and made the whole deal so easy. From sending regular updates and videos of the car to keeping me in the loop throughout, the service was brilliant. I even drove all the way from Wicklow to collect the car, and it was definitely worth the journey. I’ll have no hesitation buying from Direct Motors again. Thanks again, Pete! 👍🚗
