BMW 1-Series M-Sport/ Full service history

Dealt with Shane recently and couldn’t fault the experience. He was transparent from the start, easy to communicate with, and very straight about the car, which I appreciate, especially with an older vehicle. When a couple of small issues came up after the sale, Shane handled them exactly how you’d want a dealer to. He was quick to respond, clear in his explanations, and genuinely helpful. No dodging calls, no excuses. At one point he even drove a fair distance to help me out, which says a lot about how he operates. Stuff can come up with any used car, what matters is how it’s dealt with, and Shane was solid throughout. I’ll be buying my foreseeable cars through him and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a straightforward, trustworthy dealer.

I cannot put into words how grateful i am to have chosen Shane to purchase my car from. Everything that he offered to help with from start to finish - including what car to steer clear of & which was more worth your while in the long run. Shane made the whole process so smooth, even helped out in other cars that were available on the market he would gladly call up and enquire, no problem. I must say i will most definitely be back when i move on to the next - i can't recommended him enough. He was very professional throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
