BMW 118i F20 - final sale - must go this week

Hello, I am (sadly) selling my beloved BMW 1 series. It must go ASAP I'm leaving the country - hence the urgency :) Perfect car for city’s commute (yet with some long-distance capabilities) - efficient, dynamic and will squeeze everywhere. Key facts (more details upon request): - Owned since Sept 2021 - from Beshoff's car dealer (well-known name in the industry) after full service history check. - The car had all oil/brakes services done on time (at independent service - Bloomfield Garage) and valid NCT (always passed with no issue). - Just upon new clutch and brake fluid replacement. Timing cover seal likely to be replaced soon - mentioned by mechanic as non urgent back in Feb. - Says 4 owners by technically I am the second (two firsts were leasing and dealer) Additionally worth noting: - genuine M-Pack version (sporty look, great handling), - with rear Parking Distance Control / sensors (not common in 1-series), - full LED lighting (much brighter vs standard) - cream leather +wooden accents (premium-feel). - Full specs by VIN and Cartell report (upon request).
