I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Excellent staff and facilities on site - always well looked after from the front of office team, to the service team and the sales team who are always there to tempt you with an upgrade. Was able to work in the showroom for the morning I was there whilst having a coffee whilst waiting for my car.
