I visited this service center for a recall service on my 3 series. The staff were really friendly, courteous, and lovely to deal with, especially Wiktoria who helped me with my vehicle. They were kind enough to wash and vacuum the car at the end of the service too!

Disaster to deal with, parts department can not be got on the phone all week, are externally slow to reply to emails and when asking for parts to be quoted and ordered, parts team will not order a part until they see the car in person, first time l heard parts department saying you need to talk with a service advisor first, bit condescending, lost a customer, would not be returning, ordered the parts from a different dealer online, much faster and without the unnecessary questions or showing a car in person. Top service from parts team for driving customers away. 👍🏻
