BMW 3-Series 2022

I recently purchased an Audi A5 from Drew Baxter, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Andy was outstanding from start to finish, providing a level of customer service that truly exceeded my expectations. From kindly collecting me from the bus station to making me a great coffee while we completed the paperwork, he made the entire process smooth, relaxed and enjoyable. What impressed me most was the follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the car - a thoughtful touch. I bought a Seat from Drew this week and cannot fault the service. He and is daughter Joy were very busy, but found time to assist in taxing and insuring the car, which had been troublesome to say the least. Nothing was too much trouble, even driving me to the post office as car wasn't yet taxed. There were a couple of minor things with the car and they sorted them the same day. Drew also has an extensive inventory of cars, and I found the prices were reasonable compared to other businesses. Highly recommend 👌
