BMW 3-Series 318d M Sport Saloon

5/5 Stars – Outstanding customer service! I had an exceptional experience with the team at Conlans BMW. From start to finish, they proved to be genuinely professional, patient, and completely fair play. They went above and beyond to help me out: they picked up my car and made special arrangements to leave it in a secure spot so I could collect it outside their regular opening hours. At no point did they rush me, and every interaction was polite, transparent, and hassle-free. It is rare to see this level of customer care and flexibility. A massive thank you to the whole service team – I highly recommend them to anyone!

Been through different garages, but since Ive been with them my car car has been feeling & running like new 💯👍😎💪. Booking a service is always easy with Michelle & Alison. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Checking in online prior to the appointment date was very convenient. And on the service date, Norma their secretary, pleasantly welcomed me, offered coffee and ushered me to the service desk. Jesse on welcoming me, was very professional and knowledgeable. Already have my car details and all services due for my car and offered options. (this uncanny ability, i should call him "mystic Jesse"). From start to finish...💯👍💪😎. Car's sorted and running like new. Thank you so much Conlan's BMW. My BMW car's soulmate🥰 is found at last. ❤️👍💯💪😎🥰

Outstanding customer service from Paul Nolan at Conlan’s BMW Naas! I honestly couldn’t recommend Paul Nolan highly enough. From start to finish, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is incredibly professional, patient, approachable, and genuinely committed to making the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Paul took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and helped me create my dream car. He was patient with every question, every detail, and every decision, making sure everything was just right. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really set him apart. What I appreciate most is how accessible and reliable he is. He is always contactable, makes himself available whenever I need him, and makes you feel genuinely valued rather than just another customer. That level of personal service is truly rare. Buying a car is a big decision, and having someone like Paul guiding you through the process makes all the difference. He is a real credit to Conlan’s BMW and a perfect example of what exceptional customer service should look like. I also have to mention that my experience with Conlan’s BMW Naas has always been amazing. Every time I have brought my car in for servicing, I have been incredibly well looked after, and the beautiful courtesy cars provided have always been such a lovely touch. The whole team consistently makes the experience feel special, professional, and completely hassle-free. If you are looking for a BMW, I cannot recommend Paul Nolan at Conlan’s BMW Naas highly enough. Thank you, Paul, for all your help, your patience, and for helping me create my dream car!
