BMW 3-Series 330e M Sport Saloon

I attended Joe Duffy BMW recently with an issue with the petrol flap on my 330e not closing. I was looked after by Alyssa and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I dropped the car at the garage in the morning and received a phone call at lunch time to let me know what was needed. I then collected the car that evening with the issue fully repaired along with receiving a complementary car wash and valet. I then received a call from Alyssa later that week to make sure everything was ok with the car. I have attended other garages with issues before but none have come close to providing this level of service and attention to detail. The cost of repair was also very reasonable. I will certainly return to Joe Duffy BMW for all services and future car purchases after this.

Definitely beyond expectations. Very professional approach (Naois was very helpful), they could fix what two other garages couldn't. Reasonably priced. Pleasant atmosphere with complementary coffee and ample sitting room while waiting. Enough with parking space. Definitely a place to return for any BMW-related matters.

Absolutely superb, professional and friendly service. My German (Bavarian) registered BMW iX1 had shown problems but my local (German) main dealer could not give me a diagnostic appointment within a week & wanted the car for several days. As I had to drive to Ireland, I set off hoping for the best but the problem became acute & I was forced to act. Joe Duffy in Dublin gave me an appointment within a few days, did the diagnostics in a few hours, found the fault, ordered the parts & in a follow up appointment a few days later, carried out the repairs. All under warranty without any problems AND washed & vacuumed the car too. Couldn't ask for more. Dankeschön to the entire Duffy team.
