I had a bad start with this dealership when I made an enquiry about a used I4. My enquiry was poorly handled and so I gave the dealership a poor review. Ben is the ultimate professional, friendly and highly knowledgable. He handled my enquiry efficiently and we completed a deal. I took delivery today of an I4 and am delighted. I have always maintained that the measure of a great company is how they respond when things go wrong and in this regard John Morrison Motors excels. I would highly recommend this dealership.
