BMW 3-Series 330e M Sport Touring

I visited Frank Keane BMW last Friday for a service, and I had a really great experience. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly. Even though it was close to closing time, Richard from Sales still took the time to answer many of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, and they even have a lovely little Chihuahua in the showroom🥰 I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back here for my future services and cars.

From the first phone call to receiving our new keys, Frank Keane were a pleasure to deal with and constantly going above and beyond to keep us informed and sort us out with the best deal! My car was booked in for a safety recall after I rang the Blackrock garage, no answer from service area as usual so eventually a lady in reception answered and made the booking but when I turned up in Blackrock it seems my car was booked into the Naas Road garage despite always bringing it to Blackrock previously as I work locally. I was left standing for 15 minutes in reception while the service manager, who never spoke to me, decided it they would do the safety recall in Blackrock. I gave 3 stars because the young lady in reception was very pleasant at all times and the work was then completed on time plus my car was washed and hoovered so happy with outcome but disappointed at lack of care and not the level of service I expected from Frank Keane.
