I had my car serviced at DKM Motors recently and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a garage. From the moment I arrived, Mark and the team were professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was explained clearly. I’ll admit, while I love cars, I don’t have the deepest knowledge of what goes on under the bonnet. What I really appreciated was how they broke things down in a way I could understand without ever making me feel pressured into unnecessary work. In the past, I’ve left other garages feeling unsure, overcharged, or even a bit ripped off but there was none of that here. Everything was upfront, transparent, and handled with total honesty. That approach gave me real confidence in their work, and I’ll definitely be back in the future, both for servicing and when it’s time to change my car as soon as the other half allows!
