I had a great experience with this garage, after having a less than satisfactory service with another Kia dealership. I dealt with Alan and he gave me the best customer care, a brilliant price for trade in, took his time going through options with me and ultimately I came home with a great deal and a lovely new car. A very positive experience from start to finish. We bought a new Kia Sorento and are absolutely delighted with it. Fred Pope looked after us, he was excellent to deal with, nothing was too much trouble from the first test drive to the day we collected the car, a complete gentleman. The staff within the showroom were all very nice and welcoming. When we collected the car Fred spent quite a while with us, taking us through the main car features, answering any questions and setting up the info system, phone etc, so we could get safely on our way. Many thanks to all and we would highly recommend a visit.
