I was so impressed by Joe from the moment I arrived. Even though I was running late, he kindly stayed on to accommodate me as I was passing through. He was incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Joe’s knowledge of BMWs is exceptional, and his selection of cars was equally impressive — all in excellent condition. He took the time to walk me through the finer details of the car I was looking at, answering every question with patience and genuine care. Even after the sale, I had to call Joe about a few things I couldn’t figure out on my own, and he was more than helpful — it’s clear he truly cares about his customers.
