As a first-time car buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recently purchased a 161 Volkswagen Polo from this dealership, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Although the car is nearly 10 years old, you genuinely wouldn’t know it from the condition it was presented in — it looks and feels practically brand new. Everyone who has seen or sat in the car has commented on how immaculate it is. The team went above and beyond at every stage. The car was beautifully valeted, fully VRT’d as it had come down from the north, and they also had the NCT completed before handing it over. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well informed with regular updates, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Andy, who I dealt with in person. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with — incredibly friendly, genuine, and professional. From the test drive right through to delivering the car, he made sure everything was perfect and even offered to drop the car out to me, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also took the time to help me navigate getting insurance set up as a first-time buyer, which I really appreciated. I also spoke with Keith over the phone, who was equally helpful and great to deal with. Overall, the level of service I received was exceptional. The team truly went the extra mile, and I would highly recommend them to anyone — especially first-time buyers looking for a trustworthy and supportive experience. Both my sons first car at Kyron Motors. When I rang phone was answered by Keith and was very pleasant on phone and in person. Never felt pressured to buy the car after test driving it. Bought the car with alot of faith in this garage and any questions I had bout the car, Keith is always on hand to answer any questions. Car was delivered full valet and so happy with it. Window washer stopped working, text Keith about it and straight away it was fixed. I would definitely be going back to this garage. Thank you Keith and Andy 😁
