Dealing with Ruarc was one of the easiest transactions that I have ever participated in considering the high value of the sale. Constant communication about the car, delivery time etc. All questions answered within hours of me asking (if not minutes on some occasions). Genuinely a pleasure to deal with. We are a returning customer and wouldn't start our search anywhere else for our next car.

Fantastic dealership. From my first moment walking in the door, I was greeted by Ruarc.....he introduced himself and let me look at the car I had come to see. Put me under zero pressure. It took a couple of weeks to get my ducks in a row.....and during that time I got all the help I needed from Ruarc. Through no fault of Fallon & Hughs there was a bit of a delay because the NCT is not fit for purpose at the moment. The weekend I was to collect my car........Ruarc gave up his own personal time on a FRIDAY night and rang me at 9.30pm after personally getting my car NCT'd. I collected my car the following morning (in immaculate condition) and am now the proud owner of a beautiful Mercedes C300de. THANK YOU RUARC !!!
