BMW 5 Series 520D G30 M-sport

I have bought two cars from Munster trade sales over the last 5 years and my experience with them has been excellent. Both times ive purchased it was simple and I was made feel valued. On my most recent purchase I had an engine management light come on ( which is very common even in a new car these days) when I rang Neil he said no problem bring it in and we will sort it. With work commitments I couldn’t bring the car in so Neil and John got it collected and supplied a courtesy car while the sorted the light. The problem was just a sensor, both Neil and John were adamant that the car was not leaving until we’re 100% happy the problem was fixed. When I collected the car is was washed and ready to go. You’ll always be offered tea and coffee anytime you visit too. In a world where it’s all about numbers Munster trade sales understand that people buy from people and I fully respect their attention to detail in all realms of business. I will without doubt continue to buy from Neil for many more years.

Genuinely the nicest car sales place iv ever dealt with, not only did we get exceptional car but service was top notch from the minute we walked in the gate so polite and friendly, helped with everything the two lads in office and iv no doubt they will be only place I will use in future, can't thank ye enough would highly recommend 👌👏😁
