The staff were very friendly, professional,and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.The service was completed efficiently, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I visited this service center for a recall service on my 3 series. The staff were really friendly, courteous, and lovely to deal with, especially Wiktoria who helped me with my vehicle. They were kind enough to wash and vacuum the car at the end of the service too!

Had a terrible experience at Joe Duffy BMW. I paid €2,000 for a service, and even after spending that much, they refused to cover my taxi home, saying it’s only covered up to 20 km. However, during the past three years, this was never an issue before, knowing that I only live 25km away. On top of that, they didn’t offer any discount as it was promised before dropping the car. When I asked Karla, she answered that she would look and make a discount when we would come and collect the car. When we came to collect it, Karla said they had already “recalculated” and it was only €13 less, which honestly just added insult to injury. For a premium brand like BMW, I expected better customer service and some care for loyal clients. Very disappointing and definitely not what you’d expect from a BMW dealership.
