Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. We bought a car from this garage less than a week ago. A 181 Sportage. The A/C doesn’t work and it’s near 30 degrees this week, I’m also heavily pregnant and driving without A/C or any cold air really is very difficult. We’ve rang twice and we’ve been told it can’t be fixed for 3 weeks - not a great service considering we just purchased the car last week.
