Really friendly and helpful staff! Even though I was there with my old timer 2011 estate. Thanks especially to Ryan in Services and the lovely receptionist. My 11yr loved checking out the new cars and he was allowed sit inside them.

The customer service that I received in Conlans limerick was first class. From the time I entered the show room till when I came to collect my car after its service was truly amazing.

I had a few problems with my 520d; some were serious, some simple, but Colans sorted them out in one day after the diagnostic test. All the people there are very friendly, and they made me feel comfortable. After the service, I found them trustworthy; the engine is running smoothly, the problem is gone, and they did a clean job which also shows the quality of their work. The price was decent for that kind of job; the car had to stay in the repair shop from the morning until 17:00.
