BMW 520d F11 M Sport

Before anything else, the timing chain is NOT done—this is the very last of the F10/11 and has the B47 engine, which is a known improvement on the N47 that precedes it. As such, there’s nowhere near the same risk of chain issues. Down the line, it should be done, but it’s fine now and hence hasn’t been touched. Lovely car, with decent spec—some standard on these and some extra: Harman Kardon speakers with widescreen nav Heated leather seats Air con in perfect order Front and rear sensors Reversing camera Electric tailgate with split rear window Rear air suspension (the airbags can give bother but have been replaced) Full M Sport kit inside and out, with the upgraded 19-inch wheels 8-speed auto gearbox with paddles The condition of the car is good; there are some scuffs on the bottom of the front bumper and a mark on one of the skirts. I had planned, when we got it, on putting a lip kit on to cover these, but they're so subtle that I didn’t bother. The only ‘issue’ with the car is the wheels—they need to be powder coated. It’s been on the list since we got it, but we live in the country so, between muck and classic BMW brake dust, they’re not noticeable most of the time. If they’re a dealbreaker, I’ll get them done for a buyer, but there’ll be zero movement on the price if this is the case. Good service history, a mixture of digital and paper (some of it recent main dealer)—we bought it from the family who imported and they had the EGR recall done. I serviced it with Castrol GTX less than 1,000 kilometres ago. Brake discs and pads are good all round. There are Hankook runflats on the front; my plan was to change to non-runflats (I hate them), but they’re still about 50% tread so they’ve stayed on. I put two new Yokohamas on the rear about 300 kilometres ago. NCT valid until late October 2026, and taxed until November this year. Genuine reason for sale, but not enough characters to state here fully - can explain over phone.
